Position Overview
The part-time Social Work Assistant will support our team in delivering social services and community support programs. Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in the implementation of social work initiatives and programs for vulnerable populations.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Social Work, Social Services, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in social services, community outreach, or related fields is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and understanding towards clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with community resources and support services within Toronto.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools for documentation and reporting.
Work Schedule
This part-time role requires flexibility, with approximately 20-25 hours per week. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts may be available based on program needs and client schedules. Our goal is to provide a work-life balance while you make an impact in the community.
