Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all speech-language pathology programs offered by Crossover Distribution.com.
- Lead the team of Speech-Language Pathologists, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ontario.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.
- Previous experience in a coordinator or leadership role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficient with electronic health records and data management systems.
