The Role
As a ServiceNow Administrator at Torex Moving, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives. This is a permanent, remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere, while being part of a robust and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, role assignments, and system configurations.
- Implement new features, workflows, and application solutions to improve operational efficiency and drive business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor the performance and utilization of the ServiceNow platform, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and create detailed documentation for platform processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in ServiceNow to effectively recommend best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience in administration and configuration of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential is a definite asset.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of staff and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ITIL framework is highly desirable.
