Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Remote Jobs Hotel Coordinator to join our growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend the hospitality and logistics sectors by coordinating remote job accommodations for our employees and clients. As a key member of our team, you will establish partnerships with hotels across Canada to facilitate comfortable and pleasant stays for those relocating for work or personal reasons.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotel partners to ensure premium accommodations are available for remote workers.
- Coordinate bookings and make travel arrangements for employees and clients requiring temporary housing.
- Manage inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the accommodation process.
- Ensure all accommodations meet United Van Lines’ quality standards.
- Monitor and manage accommodation budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maintain service excellence.
- Gather feedback from employees regarding their accommodation experiences and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends related to remote jobs hotel operations and hospitality standards.
- Create reports and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel management or coordination, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on budgeting and financial management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
