Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on a variety of matters related to telecommunications, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure that all agreements meet legal standards and company policies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes related to business operations and strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs to adhere to industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Ontario.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the telecommunications, technology, or corporate sectors.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Excellent analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
