Position: Community Support Specialist

Are you passionate about supporting individuals in their pursuit of independent living? High Level Movers is seeking a Community Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing personalized support and assistance to individuals seeking to maintain autonomy in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and preferences to create personalized support plans.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance in various activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal care.
  • Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement and community involvement.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external service providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in social work, human services, or a related field.

  • First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
