Position Overview
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of VoxSun Telecom to our customers in India and beyond. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. You will work closely with other departments to resolve issues and provide feedback on how we can enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in navigating our services, answering queries via phone, chat, and email.
- Provide timely and professional solutions to customer complaints and questions.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is a plus.
