About the Position
As a Hybrid Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties owned by Nestlé, ensuring their optimal performance and adherence to company standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.

- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments, documenting conditions and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and tenant applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Utilize property management software to track and report on key metrics such as occupancy rates, maintenance requests, and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for property enhancements, budget management, and revenue generation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of property management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
