Job Summary

The Hotel Front Desk Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing front office operations, ensuring smooth functionality while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the front desk staff and manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
