Position: Customer Service Sales Representative

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find the perfect storage solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers in person and over the phone to understand their storage requirements.
  • Providing tailored recommendations and solutions based on customer needs.
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of our services, pricing, and promotions so you can effectively communicate them to customers.
  • Conducting follow-up calls with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Processing rental agreements and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with facility tours and demonstrating our storage units to customers.
