Position Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Correctional Services Specialist. In this role, you will be part of a passionate team focused on ensuring safety, enhancing rehabilitative efforts, and collaborating with various stakeholders within and outside correctional facilities. This position offers a unique blend of operational oversight, educational programming, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations within the correctional facility.
- Conduct assessments for inmates and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Facilitate educational and vocational programs aimed at reducing recidivism rates.
- Act as a liaison between inmates, their families, and community resources.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in correctional services or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the justice system and correctional practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and respond to the needs of offenders compassionately and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to function in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and communities.
