Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to manage our purchasing and procurement activities remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that our supplies are cost-effective while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to improve efficiency and quality of overall procurement processes.

- Review and analyze supplier proposals to ensure they meet company standards and needs.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as production, sales, and finance to forecast material requirements and streamline purchasing processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and contribute to developing stock management strategies.
- Resolve any issues, discrepancies, or conflicts that may arise with suppliers regarding orders and contracts.
- Continuously review and improve purchasing policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the telecommunications or tech sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems or procurement software.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt purchasing strategies accordingly.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is an asset.
