Job Description
As a Remote Recruitment Specialist at Fortis Inc., you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for remote recruitment jobs.

Qualifications

- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and methods to identify the best talent in the industry.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
