Position: Remote Palliative Care Coordinator

Qualifications

- Certification in Palliative Care or Hospice Care highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct patient care role, preferably in palliative or hospice care.
- Strong understanding of palliative care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient interaction.
- Proficiency with telehealth technologies and electronic health records.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle difficult conversations with grace.
