Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Morterm. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to our clients, answering questions, and resolving issues related to health services and insurance plans, particularly within our partnership with Cigna.

Key Responsibilities
