Job Summary
As a Part-Time Online Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting customers with their inquiries, supporting moving logistics, and contributing to the smooth operation of our online services. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with booking their moving services and provide information on available options.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage and update customer records in our database accurately.
- Assist with the scheduling of appointments, pickups, and drop-offs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements
- High school diploma; additional qualifications or certification in customer service or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a remote environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of moving and logistics operations is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
