Position Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Towing Driver to join our growing team in Wythenshawe. As a Towing Driver at Aggressive Towing, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and efficient towing services to our customers. Our ideal candidates are dependable, customer-focused, and have a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to towing requests in a timely manner, ensuring a prompt service for our customers.
- Safely operate tow trucks and other vehicles in compliance with all traffic and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and ensure the truck is in good working condition before each shift.
- Assist customers with roadside emergencies, including jump-starts, tire changes, and lockouts.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and complete necessary paperwork after each job.
- Work collaboratively with dispatch and other team members to optimize service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario driver’s license (DZ license preferred) and a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience, preferably in towing or a similar field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of Brantford and surrounding areas is an asset.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred but not required.
