Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our esteemed hotel in Richmond. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee budgeting and financial management, including revenue forecasting and expense control.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures for all departments to increase efficiency.
- Ensure superior guest service through proactive problem resolution and attention to detail.
- Analyze guest feedback and market trends to continually enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel features and increase occupancy rates.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of hotel staff.
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other functions to maximize hotel usage.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene standards throughout the hotel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in financial management, budget planning, and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
