Position Overview
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Engagement Specialist in our new and innovative ‘Hey Google Job’ team. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Google Assistant to develop interactive communication channels with potential and existing customers.
- Assist clients in real-time with inquiries related to moving services, pricing, and scheduling using voice-activated technology.
- Create engaging content for our ‘Hey Google Job’ Google Action to improve customer experiences and increase user engagement.
- Work closely with our marketing team to promote new moving services and enhancements directly through voice technology.
- Gather and analyze data from customer interactions to provide insights on improving user experience.
- Maintain knowledge of all moving services, policies, procedures, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure timely and accurate information is communicated to clients.
- Be a brand ambassador for Thompsons Moving Group, showcasing our values and commitment to customer service in all interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
