Position Overview
We are seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator who will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness through community partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted outreach programs that promote health and wellness within the community.

- Maintain accurate records of community engagement activities, partnerships, and outcomes.
- Assist in developing promotional materials highlighting health programs and available resources.
- Conduct regular assessments of community health needs to inform outreach strategies.
- Educate the community about preventative health measures and mental health support services.
- Represent Ranger Moving Systems at local health fairs, networking events, and community meetings.
- Prepare and present reports on community engagement activities and their impact on community well-being.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to community health engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, community development, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach, health promotion, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of health issues impacting the community, particularly those relevant to Fenway Health.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
