Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and driven DevOps Engineer to join our remote team. In this devops job remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the scalability, reliability, and continuous integration of our cloud-based infrastructure and tools. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment processes.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to facilitate fast and reliable code delivery.
  • Implement automation tools and frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage and deploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
  • Conduct regular system testing and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity.
  • Create infrastructure as code to facilitate reproducibility and minimize configurations drift.

  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform).
  • Expertise in using Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Linux-based systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
