Position Overview
The Community Health Link Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for enhancing our community health outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the community as needed.
