Position Overview
Swanson Agencies is seeking driven and detail-oriented candidates for our CNC Operator jobs. As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and technical drawings

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC operations is preferred
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Strong understanding of CNC machines and programming languages (G-code, M-code)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
