Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons for students of varying ages and abilities.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that encourages personal growth and skill development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their goals.
- Maintain a high standard of health and safety practices during swim lessons.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families about class progress and potential opportunities for further skill advancement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our swim programs.
- Promote the importance of water safety and swimming as a lifelong skill.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a swim instructor or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Current lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid training.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekdays and weekends.
- Passion for teaching and swimming, along with the desire to foster a love for water activities in students.
