Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and serving drinks to our customers while providing exceptional service. As a Bartender at Lumper HQ, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in mixology and help create an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Create new and innovative drink recipes to enhance our drink menu.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Check customers for proper ID to ensure a safe and responsible drinking environment.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the bar is stocked.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender; previous experience in a high-volume bar is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Must be of legal drinking age and have a valid serving license.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
