Open Position: Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to provide information, support, and guidance to our clients while ensuring an excellent service experience. If you enjoy interacting with people and possess strong communication skills, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally, either via phone or in-person.
- Assess customer needs and offer appropriate services, including light-duty towing and roadside assistance.
- Coordinate with towing operators to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Provide accurate estimates for service charges and communicate clearly with customers about pricing.
- Assist in promoting additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a service-related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in computer applications and customer management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
