Position Overview
We are excited to announce an opening for a QA Analyst in our dedicated Quality Assurance team. This is a work from home job that allows you to contribute your expertise in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As a QA Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high-quality standards and enhancing user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues using our bug tracking system.
- Collaborate with software developers to understand requirements and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Perform manual and automated testing of software solutions, including functional, regression, unit, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Review and analyze system specifications to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously assess testing processes to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Prepare and present detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in software testing.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Experience using testing tools and bug tracking systems such as JIRA, Selenium, or TestRail.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
