Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Remote Evening Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for professionals looking to balance work with other commitments. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers during evening hours, assisting them with inquiries and providing solutions related to their Mercedes-Benz experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within established response times.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify trends in customer queries and suggest improvements for service delivery.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional education in Customer Service or Communications is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability to work evenings from 5 PM to 10 PM, including weekends if necessary.
